3. Uploaded Files

Files are securely stored and only accessible to you and the print shop. Files are deleted after 15 days. You are responsible for ensuring your files comply with the law and third-party rights.

4. Intellectual Property

• TanawBiz retains ownership of all platform-related intellectual property.
• You retain ownership of uploaded files but grant TanawBiz a temporary license to process your order.

5. Payment and Refunds

• All payments are final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Print disputes must be resolved with the shop. TanawBiz is a facilitator, not a provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

TanawBiz is provided "as is." We do not guarantee availability or suitability and are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TanawBiz from any claims or damages due to:
